Abstract Owing to the rapid development rate of the city state top with the influx of foreigners, the congestion of Singapore may it be in terms of traffic or human has become an increasingly common sight at the island. This can take the shape of sky bridges /platforms and underground concourse to link a place to another. With new physical networks in place, congestion can be eased with a redirection of the human flow.
