Consolidation of Government, green energy and infrastructure companies. Research and Development of sustainable concepts. -
There should be sufficient Research and Development by the companies involved to obtain the most cost-effective methods to transform structures into more sustainable and independent buildings.
Assess costs and viable transformations (dependent on structures). -
Different buildings will have different features. For example, a factory will have more resources directed towards green energy. Incentives (Financial or otherwise) will be given to parties located in involved structures.
Application Stage
Installation of solar panels, rainwater-collecting devices in addition to adding greenery on roofs. -
Structures will gradually have a lower dependence on electricity from the national grid. There will also be less dependence on water from the national water supply. Greenery planted can range from decorative trees and shrubs on office buildings for employee recreation to fruits and vegetables for hypermarkets other private buildings.
Introduce "Smart" climate control systems to minimize energy usage. -
Indoor temperature is automated and stays constant; increases cooling when outdoor temperatures are higher and reduces cooling when outdoor temperatures are lower. This climate system is powered by the solar panels and uses the "water cooling" concept with the collected rainwater.
